Terms & Conditions

1. All bookings require a 25% deposit, payable to MJM valets via bank transfer. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.

2. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you provide at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation.

3. Payment is due immediately after the handover of the vehicle.

4. Please ensure all personal items are removed from the vehicle before work begins.

5. Our listed prices are guidelines; we reserve the right to charge extra for excessive soiling, pet hair, vomit, bodily fluids, or anything else that requires additional time to address.

6. In case of adverse weather, your deposit will be held until a rebooking can be arranged.

7. An electricity supply at your chosen location is necessary for us to carry out our work. While we carry water on board, there may be situations where additional water access is needed.

8 . Travel is free for the first 30 minutes, after which a charge of £25 per hour (both ways) will apply.

Please be aware that failure to adhere to any of the above terms may result in you being liable for the full cost of the agreed booking.
